Q: Why is it so expensive to get service here in Iraq as opposed to back home?
A: Bandwidth in South West Asia is extremely expensive because multiple satellites must be used (with multiple International satellite hops) to get the bandwidth to the Theatre of Iraq. At home, bandwidth is nowhere near the cost it is in Iraq because of America's unsurpassed Internet and Wifi infrastructure, the surplus of fiber backbones and high speed cable lines to propagate the bandwidth.
Q: I'm trying to download a large file but the download always breaks halfway through and then I have to start all over again.
A: Try using a download manager that is able to resume broken downloads where they left off. One (GetRight) is available on the web.
Q: Can I pay more to get a higher download limit or more speed?
A: Yes, we offer 3 packages to meet the needs from checking email to steaming media and VOIP i.e. Skype. Below are our packages we offer:

Q: I put my username and my password in the login page but it wont accept it?
A: You should use PPPOE connections, Only the hotspot accounts can work with the hosspot login page
Q: Is there any difference between the PPPOE and the hotspot accounts ?
A: No, no difference at all but some computers have problem with the windows and not work well with the PPPOE connection so we switch the accounts to the hotspot.
Q: How I can make PPPOE connection in my PC in order to use the Internet service?
A: Visit the PPPOE page in our website or bring your laptop to the office and we will create the connections in your laptop.
Q: I did not write my password down and can not remember it to log in, what do I do?
A: Come to the office and you can verify it or change it.
Q: How can I make sure my computer isn't downloading or file sharing while I am away?
A: When you're finished surfing, just power off your laptop or unplug the ethernet cable connected to your computer
Q: My connection used to work, now I can logon but never get to any webpages.
A: 1- Make sure that you firewall didnt block your connection.

2- Type "ipconfig /all" from a command prompt. If you see anything about "Teredo Pseudo Tunneling Interface" or some such then type "ipv6 uninstall". More details at: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/itsolutions/network/ipv6/ipv6faq.mspx

3- If that didnt work then bring your laptop to the office and we will help you.

Q: How can I determine what my IP address is?
A: Click on your start menu then select [run]. Type "cmd" in the popup window and click [ok]. A black window will appear. Type "ipconfig". Your IP address is the third line from the bottom. Type "exit" to close the window.
